Thursday morning ride - meet Slaughter Falls Carpark, Mt Cootha 5.30am sharp.  What we do will be decided on the morning, such as 1k reps / loops of Mt Cootha / riding across the top etc etc.  Kim and Angela will be taking these sessions with the guidance of the TRC's club coaches.
